oh goodness graciousness! i guess the hope that i'd feel better today didn't pan out. i feel even worse! my nose is all runny and my poor throat is so horse with a cough that won't let up and not being allowed water most of the day. wish me luck to make it through today.

i'm tired! i worked at petsmart today from 10am-9pm with only 2 15 minute breaks in that time! that's a long time in a row for a photographer to be a cashier! damn it's painful! oh well, it's $. i am an awesome cashier, too! i worked all that time and not a single bit off $ was off. not even by a cent! i'm just that good! :-D tomorrow i work at petsmart from 9am-3pm and then at the picture people from 4pm-8pm! then, i go play pool with jay. gonna be a full day! boy will i be tired! well, i'm off to chat with people on aim (damn i miss doing that!) and then i'm off to bed. hope i wake up tomorrow not sick at all! i so have a cold right now. i've had it the last 2 days. it sucks! i keep going into coughing fits at work and no matter how long i work or how many customers i have to talk to or how bad my coughing fits get i'm not allowed to have water up with me at the register. it's store policy. it's so not cool!!! anyway, night all!

so, NYC was awesome! i met corey's friend jen once during hallmark briefly and she knew she was cool, but getting to hang with her for days was cooler than i thought it would be! it was definitely good to have another girls around when hanging with all those guy friends o' mine :-D and she was so funny! everything about that trip really just felt perfect and like just the little vacation with friends that i needed.
yes, i dressed up a little more than usualy and did something different with my hao just for ian. but, i did it so he would look at me and think, damn, i almost had her. i think the look worked pretty well. i caught him check me out twice! way to go me!
the trip rocked and then even on the way home, jay and i stopped at the christiana mall and i got to do a little shopping in my very favorite store: hot topic! jay got  himself a cool light sabor in spencers. it was great to see his face light up when he held it in his hands. i got to see lots of faces light up this trip. corey's face on the empire state building, jen's in the egyptian exhibit at the met, justin's when he scared the hell out of us all with the ghost/car commercial, tammy's just looking around NYC for her first time, etc. everyone seems to be doing so well right now and it's good to see. and a shout out of congrats to corey with his new job!  keep me posted on how it goes!
when i got back, though...yuckiness. apparently my family is getting even more disfunctional than it already was. didn't think that was possible. my little brother got his drivers license, not even a week ago, and has already been pulled over by a cop. even worse about that, when he got pulled over his car smelled like pot and he got arrested and held over night. turns out he has been dealing the shit. he may go to jail. i say fuck him. lately he has been giving me more stress than i can handle. my father is out of my life and now i don't want my brother in it either. fuck him all to hell. i hope he goes to jail. he deserves it. he has had many chances to wake up and turn his life around, but hasn't. whatever. i just hate the thought of maybe having to admit i have a family member in jail.
anyway, in better news...i'm loving having 2 jobs right now. it's fun to do one thing one day and a different thing the next. keeps it interesting. i have a lot to remember in both jobs, though! that'll be my biggest problem. i can't wait till that moment when i realize i finally know my jobs well. a little into each job it just hits u and u feel comfortable in it. u know that feeling i'm talking about? today i was at the picture people. there's a booklet u have to coplete within the 1st 30 days of working there. i have to photograph so many certain types of people/groups to prove i can do it and put each sitting in there. it's cool. today i photographed a sitting of a baby doll to learn how to pose babys. it was funny. :-) i wish i had $ right now, though. i'm so broke. pet one photo still hasn't replied to me or given me any $ owed to me for 3 weeks now! bastards! it's looking like i'm going to have to go to the labor board to get it...no fun!
wow, this is the longest post i've done in a while! i'll go now and get some sleep! i'll leave u with a few more NYC pics before i go. enjoy! :D

it's official. i haven't gotten paid what is owed to me by pet one photo 2 weeks in a row! bastards! i'm so very beyond broke. i'm getting in trouble at my new jobs cause i don't have the $ to buy the shoes and pants and shirts i need for them yet. i had to scrape together my last $5 to buy a lock for my locker at petsmart yesterday. i'm so screwed! i hate pet one photo for what they r doing to tammy and to me! i'm up to my eyeballs in debt with bills too! i'm surprised i haven't come home to my electricity off yet...knock on wood.
well, whatever. i'm off to work. i'm at the picture people today. it's my second day there. i just have to get through the next couple days and it's off to NY! i can't wait!!!!!!!!! can't wait to see everyone and go to the expo again! :-D i finally found my old expo pass this morning, too! score! :-)

i have to leave for work at  petsmart in a few minutes, but i have a spare few minutes i thought i'd use to write on here! :-) i should be at a petsmart in bel air, md today for pet one photo...but i got pissed on friday and left them a  message saying the equipment will be left at the store, but i won't be there my last 2 days! it made no sense to stay the last couple days anyway: my light wasn't syncing with the camera (so i was just spending hours trying to get the light to flash for the right pics-very frustrating for the customers and for me!), and it was a two hour drive there and a 2 hour drive home with $15 of tolls along the way that i couldn't afford for a 3rd and 4th day because they didn't send me a check this week and had to wire me $100, which still didn't cover more than 2 days of it!!!
whatever. today i'm helping petsmart get ready for the district manager coming on tuesday. i'm working from 12-7. i'm at petsmart tomorrow and wednesday, too. tuesday i'm at the picture people. i feel bad, cause petsmart keeps telling me when i should be in there 1st, and it's not leaving me much time to go to the picture people. i'm already not liking how my photography job is getting pushed to the back-burner over my cashier job! not right!
oh well, at leat i'm done with pet one photo. they r being such dicks to tammy and i-withholding $ they owe us and being extrememly rude about it when we call to ask them about it! what a way to run a business! assholes!
anyway, i'm off to work. can't wait to get home and watch some sex and the city! jay's mom let me borrow the 1st 2 seasons and i've always wanted to watch that show!

yeahness! i finally have internet again!!!! will post about everything i've been up to soon. as for tonight, i have to get to bed! got to be up at like, 5am tomorrow to get to work for 8am. the store i'm at is 2hours away. i hate pet one photo!!!
